Ontec Oy is a full system provider for aviation fuel logistics and fuel handling systems. From refinery to the wing tip, custody transfer will take place safely with our Ontec aviation products. Product traceability plays an important role every step of the way. Our system is fully compatible with international Joint Inspection Group JIG standard dealing with aviation fuel handling and storage. Ontec liquid measurement system is MID (Measurement Instrument Directive) approved for fiscal billing and custody transfer inside the European Union.

OntecAir control system is a reliable way to follow the quality of aviation fuel handling procedures every step of the way. The system allows you to monitor the efficiency of the process, analyse possible problems and save resources. All actions are recorded in the event log, which improves traceability. Requirements arising from JIG standard has been taken into consideration when designing the system.
OntecAir control system allows building a seamlessly functioning system. It is possible to integrate all Ontec products, needed measurements, company ERP and other software to the system.

OntecJetAir is a JIG compatible aviation fuel quality management system. It helps to operate aviation fuel storages and refuelling operations at airports in an organised, JIG compliant way.
Several airports can be integrated into the system in a way allowing all data to be seen in a single application.
OntecJetAir system can be used for monitoring inspection history as well as for recording and reporting deficiencies identified. All is done in accordance with the Joint Inspection Group JIG quality standards.
The system reminds the user of unfinished inspections and sends automatic requests for correction on the basis of the entries made. The system can also be used for recording the repair history and scheduled maintenance, as well as for producing reports required by the authorities. Entries can also be made directly from the refuellers.

OnatexMID is a measuring system complying with the European Union Measuring Instruments Directive (MID 2014/32/EC). It is MID MI-005 approved dynamic measuring system for measuring liquids other than water. Ontec was the first company in the world to develop a MID approved digital connection with flowmeters enabling usage of data of volume, mass and density in a MID approved manner. Traditional double pulse meters can also be connected to the system with MID approval.

OnatexHeat is a Eurofins ATEX-certified (Directive 2014/34/EU) control system for trace heating for potentially explosive areas. It provides full product temperature control in industrial pipelines. The system can be used for trace heating control in both normal facilities, as well as potentially explosive atmospheres.
Most users of ATEX certified OnatexHeat system are oil, gas and chemical plants and storages.
OnatexHeat adjustable trace heating control system makes it possible to maintain the product temperatures at the desired level at all times. Trace heating has an important role to play both in process control, as well as in environmental safety.
The scale of the trace heating system may vary from a few control circuits up to thousands of them. The system consists of four components, all of which can be located in the same place or be distributed as required. The components are user interfaces, safety control system, temperature measurements, and power outputs for trace heating cables.

OntecFireExt is a fire extinguishing system suited to ATEX atmospheres, as well as areas with no classification. The system controls the operation of valves and pumps used for fire fighting. Functions such as the remote control of foam cannons can be integrated into the system.
The system includes a control room interface, which can be integrated into the existing OntecOGC control system.
When it is your business to know who is out and about your facility, OntecRTA is an easy-to-use access control system, fully integratable with all Ontec products that keep you up-to-date on what is happening within your gates.
OntecRTA is a safety, security and access control system for industrial and high-security objects. OntecRTAhelps you to both manage and control companies, vehicles and persons inside the area. Control of the validity of required safety training and other qualifications can be fully automated. At times of emergency, locations of all personnel in the area can be seen from the system immediately.
OntecRTA uses modern, ethernet compatible RFID-readers. The equipment is directly connected to the existing TCP/IP network, making access cabling obsolete.
OntecRTA can be ordered with a customised work permit management system. Work permits, risk assessments, and related documentation history can be stored in the system and signed electronically. Temporary access rights can be given to different areas. The system is a true must-have tool for any organisation dealing with several contractors working inside their area. The Ontec MiloEx operation panel is designed for very demanding conditions. The operating environment temperature of the device can move in the range of -40 … +70°C. The operation panel has a 21.5″ fullHD touchscreen display and is both water and dust resistant. MiloEx meets the device class requirements for zone 1 and is an ATEX 2G device. The device, originally designed for oil rigs, is therefore well suited for Nordic conditions.

OntecRTI (Real-Time-Information) is the latest device in the Ontec product family. The RTI user interface is an Android-based, 8″ tablet. The device is suitable for class 1 and is an ATEX 2G device. The OntecRTI has a multitouch display and it is also equipped with an S Pen. The operating environment temperature of the device can be in the range of -20 … +55 °C. In The OntecRTI user interface Ontec applications operates as browser based.
